Easy to create an account and rent a unit online, allowing near immediate access to the gated facility and your unit. This was very convenient when I rented on a Sunday morning, before their office even opened. The unit itself was easy to access once through the gate, and the buildings seemed to be in good shape. A few months in, our monthly payment went up substantially. I knew when signing the month-to-month lease that rates could increase at any time, but it was a rather significant increase - more than I’d have expected. Overall I was happy with the unit and the management seemed helpful. If I need a unit in the future, I will likely use them again.

All were patient with my questions and helpful with guiding what would work best for what we have to store. There were no hidden surprises and no pressure to rent anything we didn't want. Update: When we unloaded our stuff from the move, We found out we had too much stuff. We had to rent another unit, and they accommodated our need quickly and efficiently.
