I had every intention of ordering/buying things from the store. However I had the worst customer service. I planned on getting a complete new dinnerware set, however, employee Kristen was completely rude and impatient with me. I ended up buying one thing and canceled my whole other order because doing it online would be so much easier and better then dealing with bad customer service.

Employees are so helpful, finally found beautiful, well made, and affordable place settings! Great selection and they can order just about anything they sell that is currently not on the showroom floor.

Jane needs to learn to mind her own business and stop talking so much. In there returning something and she just won’t stop talking about different ways we can use the item instead of just doing her job and processing the return.

I am annoyed, I ordered a credenza that was on back order since June. It was expected to arrive mid November. November arrive its pushed to late December and then today am being told late January. We are experiencing unprecedented delays (industry wide), caused by a number of reasons such as: supply chain issues, raw material delays, fabric delays, production issues, sourcing challenges, weather events, and even container and labor shortages. Several of the countries that produce our furniture were also under longer quarantine and are doing their best to produce the merchandise as quickly as possible.
