Website is very misleading… I called and was very excited to possibly get my first apartment and Ben never even gave me his name (I only got his name from calling back and asking who I was speaking with), his tone was very rude, and after explaining to him that his website prices were incorrect he said he couldn’t change that and hung up. I was still wanting to buy an apartment there, but after the service I received, I will be shopping elsewhere… somewhere where tenants are respected.

John's review is right in that they are misleading. There are other apartment complexes in this city that work under this program and clearly state it as such on their site and on their listings. It seems suspicious to not include that information and waste people's time

BEWARE! Misleading information regarding rental rates. The application fee is an exorbitant 200 dollars...then you find out the quoted rate is part of an "Affordable" government subsidized program in which you must qualify for. The standard rates are extremely high. You better be rich to move here. They told me it can take up to 30 days to refund my 200 dollar application fee. This place is not transparent.

Ben helped me during the whole leasing process and was a super nice guy that was down to earth and made sure everything was done on time and with no bumps. I am moving in in a few days and will update my review but so far the staff has been a real pleasure to work with and very helpful! *Update* I renewed at Arsenal 201 for a second year and so far my time living here has been great. I have always been treated fairly and respectfully and all the apartment amenities are clean and working nearly 100 percent of the time.
