This hotel was perfection. Excellent location, close to downtown sites but tucked in a pocket of quiet. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The pillows were just the right amount of squishy. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return to this location.

Room was very clean! All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. There were several options for breakfast and it tasted amazing. The staff seemed like they all really enjoyed being there! This was a great location. Only 5-10 min from the zoo! We will definitely be returning next time we come to town!! Thanks to the Hampton for having us as their guests!

The hotel was sparkling clean. They don’t have daily maid service unless you request it, which was fine with us. Free parking! and it was well lighted and felt very safe. It’s a good location just off I-64 and very close to Midtown. Indoor pool (we didn’t use) and a decent gym (didn’t use that either). Decent free breakfast and the breakfast lady is a JEWEL!

The hotel/room was very clean! It well exceeded our expectations. The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. From Eggs, Sausage Or Bacon, Waffles, Cereal, Muffins, Toast or Yogurt, the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel before. ALL the staff was friendly and very helpful! The pool temperature was nice and comfortable. Not too hot or too cold. They even had a little guest service area where you could purchase drinks, chips, microwaveable dinners or pizzas, and few items such as a Tylenol, Advil etc. The hotel is right by the interstate and located so close to the Zoo, Science Center, and the Arch! Minutes to each of our destinations and the Famous Hill for eating! Best hotel experience I’ve had and I would definitely stay again!
