The room itself was clean and comfortable. However check in is at 3pm and we didn't get a room until after 7. I was traveling with my son and it was over 100 degrees out. She told us it would be 20mins or so several times, told us to check in on the app, and could only recommend we hang out in the lobby...for 4 hours.

While this facility may be slightly outdated, we were extremely happy with our two night stay as we pass through town. ALL staff encountered were smiling and helpful. Our room was very clean, as was the pool. Kitchen utensils are minimal at best; be sure to bring salt and pepper. A little pricey but a good stay.

Kind of a unique setup compared to other Residence Inn’s I’ve stayed at. There are several buildings with ~4 units each. Hotel in general could probably use a bit of an update, but it was clean and the staff was helpful.

I would quite literally rather stay under a bridge in the dead of winter then to book with this location again. It looked as if they hadn’t dusted or clean the furniture in years! On top of that, our suite had roaches!! After telling the front desk clerk, she sent the police to our suite because we said we had only 5 people staying +1 visiting but now there is 7 of us due to the unwanted guest of a roach. She kept threatening to send the officer back to our room because we broke the no more than 6 guest rule (which we had not) and it seemed to her that “our room was a mess” the officer even told her otherwise! She instantly told us we could just go else where. Leaving FIVE young women at 1am struggling to find another hotel in such a business weekend. Then she told us we needed to hurry and exit the room. She refused to give us anything stating that we would not be charged for a single thing. She claimed there was nothing she could print out. Me working in this industry myself asked her to type something up and sign or print her name. She told me no because we could go forge her signature somewhere once we left here. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. The visit guest which my aunt even tried talking to her and was greeted with nothing but attitude and a dismissive tone. Edit: as my sister & I were at the desk trying to get things sorted out, the rest of the ladies actually spotted a couple more roaches.
