Everything was fine until we moved. They charged me $400 for carpet and said it was because i had a dog. I payed for the pet insurance and the renters insurance but that doesnt cover anything. So i had 2 dfferent insurances and multiple fees and nothing was covered. Now im buying a house while they have a bill for me in collections. Lol dont move here.

Was honestly excited to move here but as time progressed it’s been disappointing. The gate never works and now there are multiple break-ins on cars. We pay $1800 for a “gated” community where the gate doesn’t even work. They “fix” it for it to break down a day or two later. Maybe it’s time to replace the whole gate system for something that will stay closed…

This place is HORRIBLE. The gate never works there’s MULTIPLE CAR BREAKINS so be prepared for your car to get broken into and they still don’t fix the gate. Rent is over OVERPRICED DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Went in for just a tour. I was helped by leasing agent Latorsha Wright. She was AMAZING. She was the only staff today and still managed to be efficient, understanding, professional and detailed. She helped me find a place I loved and even stayed behind to ensure every detail was correct. Her help was the persuading factor into making MAA my choice. I appreciate her help greatly. Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
