JUST MOVE IN ALREADY!!! I have lived in this community for years, and it just keeps getting better and better. From management to maintenance I am amazed. Vincent and Madeline are a duo that I didn't know this property needed. When you have an issue they are more on top of things then any other apartment complex in duluth that I have lived in. If you want the quality and quantity, this is it. Any other questions comment and I can give more reasons why you should pick this apartment complex .

She used a translator and a phone translation service to help me sign an apartment contract and a utility contract for me who can't speak English. I don't know how to express my gratitude to her, so I post here. I visited there today and was very impressed with Brensly's kindness. horrible place to live at they will try to upcharge you every chance they get their apartments are full of roaches I had to throw away $10,000 worth of furniture they love to put people out. evictions are very well-known around here. they like to trick you into paying for things like pest control and trash take out then no actually comes and pick up the trash. everything in my closet to my bathroom was poorly done it would fall apart they do not care about you. They care about money. I saw a mother get get evicted . I also couldn't take a shower in my personal restroom because the tub kept getting stopped up and the workers had the audacity to make fun my kinky hair even though that was not the problem with the tub. I also forgot to mention didn't have air condition for six months after complaining to maintenance worst experience ever.

The staff has been nothing but incredible to my husband and I. Valerie from day one has been excellent in responding to emails and calling back if I had questions about anything. Vincent has been anything but short of amazing responding to emails fast and efficiently and if I had any issues he has been the first one to make sure it had been resolved. This is a community that truly wants their residents to be happy and you can see that from the moment you walk into the leasing office.
