This complex deserves negative stars not even worthy of 1. Maintenance is an absolute joke, they ride around on carts all day and take forever to do simple request. The front office doesn’t care at all. My apartment is infested beyond belief. I’ve requested pest control multiple time which they DO NOT do a thorough job at all. They try to come when you are not home. I was here the last time “PEST CONTROL” was here and they only did one area (amounting to about 2 mins total) it feels like a slap in the face paying 1600+ in rent and coming home to issues at least once a week. We are charged each month for valet trash and I can count on ONE HAND how many times my trash has actually been picked up. Both management/maintenance act like the residents are an inconvenience but I’m sure if I was late on rent I would get all the calls and memos in the world. I wouldn’t recommend theses apartments to ANYONE. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !

Great management staff! Friendly and courteous. Ashley and Scotty are ok! I would not recommend this apartment complex! After reviewing my apartment during my walk through I’ve realized that this apartment has been flooded there’s signs of water damage everywhere hvac sound’s like a train going through the apartment and the smell of mold. Doors are rusting out. Walls are warped. Not worth the money. Thank you! Mr. B.

Ashley, the new apartment manager is AMAZING. There was a slight issue with an apartment I had previously wanted, so she took her time to listen to me and the things I wanted in a home on our FIRST phone conversation ever, met with me within the hour and completely blew my mind. Never have i felt more welcome and wanted while seeing my new home!! She nailed it!!! She gave us exactly what we were looking for, all while being such a down to earth and friendly person. She has passion for the work she does and it shows the way she treats tenant's and perspective tenants. Within one day we found the right place for me and she handled everything right there and then. Most places will make a mistake, blame you, and then not accommodate anything for you. Not here! She went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy and comfortable living here. She was so knowledgeable of EVERYTHING which was absolutely amazing to see, considering she's only worked there for such a brief amount of time. Her extensive background in property management helped alot as well because she knew about questions most people don't. I have read some of the negative reviews, but I will say that they are very old and out dated. New staff, new management, an amazing maintenance team! They're making berkeley such a desirable place to be! Then add on the beautiful apartments and it was a no brainer! I can't thank you enough Ashley for treating us with such kindness, and for handling my excitement so well lol. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing you around! :)
