I rented from Avis and they force me to drop the truck at the same location and if I drop off any place else it would be 1,200 more. So I drop at the same one pay everything that needed to be paid and they rented again to me the same truck, with no wash, no cleaning, etc I come out of Walmart, and the truck was gone call Avis to ask them did they have the truck they said that they didn't and told me to call and make a police report that it was stolen, I tried to call them several time after to see did they find the vehicle because I had personal things in it, no answer. Avid withdrew money from my lock card 283.00 with a compromised card number and my card was locked But what I don't understand and the agents at Capital One are saying whether this is legal. How when they charge me for a rental that's have already been paid for on the day in question? Capital One doesn't even allow me to use my card when it's locked are compromised so how was an Avis employee able to do this? Capital One allows this a lot on my card then charges the fraud back to me to pay and the Premier agent does too, as Bank of America.

This incident happened Sunday, July 18 at 11 AM. Avis corporate headquarters must perform a full investigation of this location. (Duluth, GA, DL1 3547 Old Norcross Road Duluth, GA 30096). Absolutely the worst case of customer service I’ve ever witnessed. the so called manager who ran this location goes by the name PATRICK is the rudest and obnoxious person I’ve encountered. As a corporate employee who frequently used all major rentals car companies, this has to be the worst location to rent a car from. The level of customer service at this location is BEYOND horrible to say the least. First of the manager/the rude guy showed preferential treatment to certain customers. I’ve witnessed it while waiting in the lobby to pick up my rental. I had a reservation, but when I showed up 30 minutes early he said there’s no vehicles available, but I watched him closely how he decided who to rent cars to. He spent an hour flirting and trying to rent a vehicle to two young ladies who did not have a credit card. Then he ran one of the girl credit to see if he can get them approve to rent a car. When that didn’t work he told them go get someone who have a major credit card then he’ll gladly hold the vehicle for them while a room full of customers are patiently waiting. The girls left, then came Back 35 minutes later, he moved them in front of the lines and served them all the while other customers including myself are waiting. That guy is definitely something else. When I confronted him regarding his behavior he got defensive and told me I can go somewhere else to rent a car. I told him what he did was unacceptable, therefore he cannot tell one person to go home and come back then move them ahead of a lobby full of customers. As a result of his behavior many customers decided to leave included myself. I will not return to this location ever again and I will most certainly filled a complaint with Avis corporate. No ones should ever had to dealt with such insults and disrespect.

Like 31.00 to 35.00 but you need ins which is another 25.00
Depends on the size.
