Worst “resort” ever. Parking is a nightmare. Staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. The light switch in the room looked like it had never been cleaned. The baseboards had grim on it. Honestly, not worth the beach front, stay anywhere else.

The location was perfect as it was very close to the beach and boardwalk. There are two primary reasons that I only rated the hotel two stars. The staff and the cleanliness. In general, the staff had a very bad attitude. I asked a simple question, "when is checkout time" and the response I received was "you can check out whenever you want". Do I need to add any more? 🤣There were bags of garbage left in the hallways for a lengthy period of time as guests are responsible for throwing their garbage out in a shute, but they don't bother to tell anyone that when they check in. The hotel just didn't smell good. They did bang on my door once telling me to throw out my garbage. That's how I learned about this. Also, I only had a murphy bed. Perhaps this was an oversight on my part, but I assumed that I would have a "regular" bed and a murphy bed.

Great view of the sunrise, king bed slept good, beach wasn't over crowded. Hospitality is good, pleanty of restaurants nearby, but the BEST PART WAS NO DOGS ALLOWED. I like dogs but there are too many irresponsible dog owners nowadays.
