Terrible management. Dana, Amanda, and Diego have no experience in handling tenants or units. Honestly the most frustrating housing experience, nothing but hidden fees, roaches infested in multiple units, mold growing in baseboards, heating/ac never working.

I like these apartments. Best location and good space for me. Also the management is wonderful. They’ve fixed anything that was wrong, fast. Haven’t had to ask more than once. Sharese in the leasing office is wonderful also. Good manors and good attitude all the time.

Didn’t have a good experience, they weren’t clear about a lot of things, basically made me pay for fees and they didn’t even communicate effectively. I waited two weeks to hear back from someone who just told me that they needed more time. Avoid if at all possible. I’m glad to know I won’t be living here cause I probably would have a hard time getting what I need as a resident.

Don’t even do it. Apartments falling apart. Fake remodeled units. 200 in sewer and water fees just doubling and tripling monthly. Unsafe community for children Run!!!! My son had a gun pulled on him in this community. Nothing was done. A police officer who moved in this community moved out in two months because a gun was pulled on him also. This community deemed unsafe stay away!!!!

Online with portal on the website and I usually go to the office and ask directly if it's not done in a week just apply some pressure tbh
They may let you in ; I would go talk to them... they may make you pay a higher security. The old management did , dont know about this one , but they will work with you. Hope this helps
