Let’s see, where do I begin. Upon move in, the flooring wasn’t done, apt wasn’t painted, fruit fly infestation (took a month to get rid of them) and numerous repairs were needed. Took 3 months to get everything resolved. Now it’s getting cold and I’ve been without a furnace 2 weeks. Basically, uninhabitable. The manager is gone and the maintenance quit. Everyone gives you the run around. What authority gives oversight to housing because I feel like I may need to contact them at this point. I feel like I didn’t get what I’ve paid for.

The appliances are upgraded but that's really the only positive about this place. It doesn't make up for the ROACHES. Everywhere. No matter how clean you clean the apartment your still going to see roaches. Why? Because the the foundation they're building on and them using very cheap material to build "rebuild" the place. These apartments are super old. Any place that water can touch it will dissolve the material and letting the roaches in between the walls of the apartmentcome in and out of the apartment as they please. On top of that a few months ago they had some exterminator come in to spray the place...like that was supposed to help. I thought my apartment was the only place but the guy that sprayed the place said "nope, this entire complex infested with them.

I also had an item stolen from my unit during maintenance visit (see other review), and very poor follow up by staff. “Renovated” units have structural problems that management is unwilling and/or unable to address. Specific examples from my unit: 1. Bathtubs, door frames, ceilings and trim along walls, Painted (sloppily) instead of replaced, repaired and sealed. 2. Cracked foundations and walls leading to insect infestation (flying carpenter ants and other nasties I can’t identify are nested behind wall and swarming every few days... I sent maintenance requests 3X with no response) 3. plus nightly cockroaches due to dripping old plumbing so moisture behind all the bathroom walls, ceilings and floors. 4. HVAC does not reach 2nd bedroom, which 10-20 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment during the winter (so you need a space heater, on top of insane gas heat bill). The old tenants have been able to deal with this because rent was affordable, but for those paying more it is unacceptable.

I know someone that lives there. She pays about $1,600 in rent for a 2/2. About 2 months ago she began to notice leaks all around the backside of her apartment where her kids room is. Also, around the same time the tenants above her moved out. The kid's bedroom floor, which is carpeted, was soaked with water to where you hear squishy sounds as you walk on their carpet. The leasing office came and claimed to have done repairs but the issue persisted. The carpet grew even more wet in the 2nd bathroom. Here it is 2 months later and the leasing office has only sent maintenance TWICE. Now the entire wall in her laundry area is covered in black toxic mold. They refused to move her and her children to another unit stating "they didn't have anything available." As you walk throughout the back half of the unit you notice major NOT MINOR, spots of black toxic mold. 2nd bathroom wall COVERED. Today she had a licensed mold professional inspect and he deemed her unit inhabital. They sent maintenance today and even maintenance disagreed with the management staffs methods. She is having to be inconvenienced and buy high medications such as Allergen Mold Mix to even feel better. Her kids go to school 5 minutes from home but she is having to take them to her moms house all the way in Winder so they can be safe. Not to mention the back and forth to the hospital, staying in hotels, etc. The leasing office has done nothing but show lack of care for their tenant and her children. I have been in the unit myself and i could barely breathe yet her and her kids been there for 2 months dealing with this. Do not move here they don't care about you or your safety. They sure found time to file eviction though.

I was accepted with about 630. but had to pay additional security deposit.
Too much I think its 1100 2 bedroom 1250 and up. you could call the company during the week and Saturday
No! You have to make more than 3x the rent to be qualified, and income verification is required (your employer has to complete a document and send it directly to leasing office)
