I took a variety of glass work them a few years back. One of which was the door glass to my antique grandfather clock, which was my father's and my children managed to break. All done as scheduled for a fair price. I now have several sashes in my windows that have failed thermal seals and I will be bringing them to this company. BTW I think reviews are important too. But I think reviews should be based on actual çustomer service and not on anecdotal internal experiences. So this is needed to help "balance the scales", so to speak.
