I made an appointment for today 7/23 and Ms Golden was absolutely the worst leasing specialist I’ve ever experienced. She’s the type that doesn’t want to tour the prospect. She just wants to sit in the office the entire time and give out information. They were people there when we went in for our appointment and she was rude to them. She comes off as a racist. She proceed to tell me she does not see my name for an appointment which is okay. At this time we are the only one there. She asked me my name 3 different times so I gave her my ID and she took offense to it and was yelling at me and carrying on. I told her this is not a good start, it’s very unprofessional and then she proceeded to let me know, she is not touring me, which I already knew. She kept being disrespectful so I sat there and let her carry on. When she was done I asked for my ID and left. Please check your cameras. My boys couldn’t believe her behavior. I was not doing the back and fort with her in front of them. She informed me to come during the week for a tour because I could have just kept telling her my name instead of giving her my ID. Telling her my name 3 times wasn’t enough. I’m not allowing any unprofessional ignorant person to upset me. I thought giving her my ID was a good thing but she didn’t. If you’ve someone who doesn’t like to tour it not okay to schedule them on a Saturday. As a working person my time is very valuable and incompetence and unprofessionalism is not okay.

I have lived at Woodmere Trace Apartments for 13 years. It is a pleasant place to live. I call it HOME. quiet, and the current office staff is great.

Was interested in this property but was skeptical because of the reviews. Called and few times to get some info on the apartments and the management was very rude and condescending when speaking to you. I would not rent here. There’s a reason they have low stars and the lady that is handling the calls and managerment I would bet is one of them .
