Moving into a new place is always stressful but my move into The Everett Apartments was pleasant thanks to Juanita. Although there was a glitch on the website that caused many disruptions to my move in process- the leasing manager Juanita was very helpful. She answered my calls, texts and endless emails promptly with a welcoming and professional tone. She made sure my apartment was ready and accommodated my time sensitive needs. Thank you again Juanita for making me feel heard during this process.

Don’t move here. They don’t care about anything. It’s like living in a 3rd world country. There is trash everywhere and people that live here don’t care . They throw it everywhere. Don’t go outside at night you ain’t safe. You are barely safe during the day. .

I would like to take the time again to Thank Mr. Q for coming to fix my Garbage disposal yesterday that has been clogged for the past month. I’m so sorry to see Mr. Q leave, I really don’t know what we’re going to do now because It seems as though he’s the only one that works around here. Kudos to Q.

There have been at least 3 murders and 2 drownings since 2015. There are several drug dealers that drive the property. Residents amuse themselves with firecrackers because they sound like gunshots. Sometimes there are actual gunshots. "Do you need help walking your dog" is a valid pick-up line There are several different gangs active on the property
