Great place to get information on the area. Amy was our resource person the day we visited. She was a wealth of information. The office is packed with brochures on things to do in the area. Easy parking, but the parking lot is a bit small. Construction on 10th street might make it a bit confusing on where to enter. If you are a train buff be sure to visit this old train depot.

Very friendly staff! They will help you both descriptively and with maps, about any of your scenic destinations in the nearby area!

Absolutely love our Chamber and the gals who run it! Kim, Amanda and Amy are spectacular and make quite the trio of smart, classy AND get the job done attitude! I see great things in the future of our chamber. Keep doing what you're doing ladies because it's working!! I do have to give a big shout out to the Ambassadors! They do a lot behind the scenes as well!! :)

The Chamber team is such a help to someone like me starting out in business here in Prineville. Their Chamber Perks and After Hours allowed me to meet and network with many other business professionals making great connections. Can't say enough good things about this team.

They just recently broke ground and at this point I heard rates could range from $1200-$1500. Nothing is set in stone at this point or out for public information yet.
Yes there will be fire works on the fourth of July. They will let them off on the view point west of town toward Redmond usually around 9:30 or 10:00 pm. There is also a 4th of July celebration in Ochoco Creek Park. The parade starts at 10 am and the celebration starts right after. There will be food, drink and vendors and games for the kids. I hope that helps.
Hi Barb! Unfortunately there are rattlesnakes all over Central Oregon. That being said I have lived here since 1995 and have never seen one. For the most part they are going to be in rocky areas you just need to be aware when you are out walking or picking up stuff off the ground that they could be hiding under. If you have dogs the vets have a "vaccine" that they can give them to help just in case they are bit. I hope this helps!
