Haystack Reservoir campground is a small, quiet, and rustic campground. Evidently it is a good place to fish as well. We saw Pelicans and other birds.

Beautiful area with great camping. Only down fall is the garbage in the lake. Cleaned what we could but the wind may be the culprit. Great place loved it

Stayed at the South Shore group site this weekend with 25 Boy Scouts and 10 adults. Was a perfect place for our needs. Felt like the camp host went out of his way to accommodate us and look after us. Had a wonderful time and grateful for the extra effort that Camp Host Bob put in to ensure we had a fun and comfortable stay. Thank you Bob!

They neglected to fill the reservoir prior to Memorial day weekend. Pretty big disappointment on such a big holiday weekend.

Dry camp. No hookups. Vault toilets. Water is available nearby.
We camped on the south side group camp. No showers in that one.
We had a campfire last weekend. But definitely ask the camp host!
