From finance to service the staff was quick to answer my questions and help every way possible. I got my 2014 Jeep delivered to me with a fullbtank of gas. The service after the sale is amazing also, the heat wasn't getting warm, so they was quick to get me in to have it fixed. Thank you Austin, and the entire staff for the service provided before, during and after the sale.

Go Mopar! Everyone I have talked to down there is very helpful and so nice. Had an injector go down in my truck and they got it fixed in less time than we figured it would take. Excellent place and people

Took vehicle here for service due to a gas station putting incorrect fuel in a pump and instead of dealing with it the proper way they did the bare minimum and also returned my vehicle on empty when I had three quarters of a tank of fuel in the vehicle. I call and they said I could drive it back....1hr40min and they could put some fuel in it!!!! Black smoke out of exhaust when tow driver started vehicle!!! Service manager not respectful did not know what he was talking about kept saying he doesn't work on the vehicles the technicians do. No help at all had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday vehicle was not even being worked on until Friday afternoon. Do not go here!

Traded in my truck on a fuel efficient car to make the 140 mile a day commute to school. I talked to someone multiple times and explained I was on an educational leave from Walmart and my only income was my stipend from the school. I was assured by multiple people that the stipend was more than enough income. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. During the test drive the check engine light came on, I was told it was because the car was running when they put gas in it. Even after we caught the fact that they were only giving 2/3 of the payoff of my trade in, we still signed for the car on Saturday because it is what we needed while I was in school. On the way home, the check engine light came on again, Advance a auto read the codes, and it was nothing to do with the gas cap, it was 2 faulty engine parts. I called them and they set an appointment for the following Thursday. Above 55mph, the car shook so bad it made my radar detector fall off the windshield. We took it to get the wheels balanced and oil changed ($100). Walmart found the rim was bent due to hitting something. It needed to be replaced. I drove the car to school on Monday and Tuesday. On my way to school on WWednesday (day 3), I stopped to get gas. After pumping my gas, the car would not start. When the key was turned, it did nothing. Even jumper cables wouldn’t get it started. 7am and and almost an hour away from home, I had to find a ride to school and get the car towed home. Called the dealership and it took until 5pm to talk to someone about the problem. Even after all of this, we were still very understanding. We just wanted to be able to drive the car that we had purchased 4 days prior. At this point we were told that our financing had fallen through. We were told everything was good on Saturday when we signed the papers. But, now they were telling us to try to get the car started to drive it back. The next 3 days we were given the run around. “We will call you back”, “my manager is on the phone”, “my manager has been with a customer all day” (at 3pm), “we are waiting to here from the bank”, just to name a few. Three days of a broke down car in the driveway, three days of not having my truck, three days of having to use our one other vehicle for my school, my fiancé, and 3 kids. Three days of excuses. Then today, at around 6pm, wrecker showed up with my truck and picked up the car. We were told there was nothing they could do. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Over $100 down the drain, with nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

No, I am sorry, Chevy truck the Colorado edition and it's a 2018. I'm just going to add the place is very hateful and uncooperative when you bring the vehicles to the service department for anything after you purchase. Needing as little as an oil change will seriously take your entire day. Knowing the model you are speaking of absolutely sucks gas for daily driving. Thanks so much!

Do you work on Jeep's
