I took my Jeep there to fix the Uconnect. First they said it was the unit, then it was the screen, then it was a module. They told me it would be $1600 to fix the radio. They told me to come pick it up and they will let me know when the part comes in. In that time I took it somewhere else. Come to find out the radio works and it was just a $400 fix. The dealership was going to get over on me. Tell me it would be $1600. They also messed up some wires because my battery kept dying after I got it back from them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Went to this dealership to get my oil leak checked they had my car for 7 days and told me there was nothing wrong with it two days later my car was still leaking I called back and they said they had no time for my car there was 300 cars ahead of me this is what Audrey told me so I told her I couldn't get my car in to them right away because I do construction work and I work 7 days a week and I have no time really to get my car up to you guys in between that time I took my car to an oil change place and they figured out the problem which was an oil plug washer repaired it for me for 10 bucks so I take my car back to the dealership I tell them the situation I tried to get a refund or some type of help to get my money back because they did not repair or fix my car and the manager gave me the hardest time I told them that I will get my money back from them one way or the other which I meant taking them to court and they accuse me of vandalizing their cars they're terrible I wouldn't take my car back to this place and I recommend you wouldn't take your car back to this place I lost my money and they didn't even try to help me they didn't even fix the problem that sucks
