Brand new patient but can't never get a hold of the office on the phone. Nobody's available to pick up literally ever, and I just want an appointment with my new PCP. I can't even judge the place because there's literally no one whatsoever to pick up the call. I've called in the mornings, in the afternoons, never have I once got a hold of the front desk. If you're never going to pick up the phone what's the point of being a medical center? A complete waste of time and energy.

I've never had a more unprofessional or borderline unethical experience with a doctor's office. Over 48 hours after requesting they send my prescription refill to my pharmacy, and Dr. Weathersby still hasn't signed or sent it. This is unacceptable. I've never had a doctor's office take even more than an hour to send a prescription to a pharmacy. Unless you're a fan of going through withdraw, don't go to this practice if you require any kind of medication in order to function in day to day life.

Dr. Weathersby is the best doctor I have ever encountered. She is very kind and attentive towards her patients. She listens to all of your symptoms to get to the root of your ailment and do any necessary tests and treatments. It is very rare nowadays to find a doctor as caring and considerate of their patients as she is. Also, the nurse Nicole is great and a pleasure to be around and the office staff will take care of you too! This clinic will take care of you for sure!
