So in total I have called this company 5 times, left 3 voicemails with no response & spoke to the same guy 3 times who has taken my info, given me a time frame & no call no show TWICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE.

Had a technician come out to diagnose an issue with our A/C system. He barely spent 15 minutes assessing everything and said our entire outdoor unit needed to be replaced. Thankfully I didn't bite and got a second opinion - turns out the A/C unit wasn't attached to any power. I saved so much money by looking elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DID NOT FINISH MY INSTALLATION FOR MY HUMIDIFIER WHEN i HAD CENTRAL AIR PUT IN BUT THEY GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DID! AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES I FINALLY SPOKE TO JIM AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! NOW THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL. I WENT UP TO THEIR LOCATION IN PERSON AND WAS TREATED VERY POORLY BY THE STAFF WITH STILL NO RESULTS! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
