They definitely slow cook their beef and the chicken quarters fall off the bone. They cook with high heat for their vegetables and non meats. The green sauce is spicy and I just want to drink a whole cup. They're not stingy on their sauce. The place is very hard to find the first time. It's just on the expensive side. That's the only reason why I won't eat it all of the time, if it was just $2 less per dish, I think I would get their food several times a month.

The food was very very rich. The flavor took me to Lima ♥️ The Grilled Chicken is very tasty, the Fish Ceviche, delicious, and the Lomo saltado too. I give 5 stars for the taste of the food, which is the most important thing for me and difficult to find outside your country. Hopefully one day I can grow the business and be in a bigger and better located place. I will definitely return. Great customer service too.

The schedule is wrong. I was today Saturday, Labor Weekend at 7:00 pm and it was CLOSED!!!!
