Customer service is good, but some basics are missing. The whole situation is just lack of attention to detail all across the board from Verizon corporate to stores all together. Nice, but consistently messing up. Always have to call back or come back to solve another issue created after first one solved.

Everyone wears a mask and sometimes depending upon demand, you may need to wait outside before entering. There is a sign in front to assist. However, the team does well and doesn't miss anything. Still quality service.

Their service is horrible in Palm coast. The sold me a phone, theyve replaced 6 times still not working but I have to pay for it, before I can switch it out. Never again. Too expensive, always putting stuff on bill, by error. I. Going to T-Mobile, cheaper, for the same deal

If it's not working they cant access anything. Always use a Gmail account or Verizon cloud to back up your data.
