09/14/2022: Just needed to have my laptop's hard drive replaced and Jason did an amazing job. They were able to start working on my computer the same day. He kept me in the loop on when it would be ready, went above and beyond to be sure that I didn't lose any data and was great to work with. I spent $250 for a new hard drive instead of having to replace a $1500+ computer. Can't say enough good things. Definitely recommend. Previous review 2 years ago: As always, Dan was able to fix our issue remotely within an hour of calling for service. I couldn't be happier with the level of knowledge and professionalism that is provided anytime we need the help. We have been using Networks for over 5 years and will continue in the future.
