I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT....ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE....I LOVED MY DOCTOR SHE KNEEW EXACTLY HOW AND TO TREAT MY ISSUE....I WILL DEFINETLY USE HER AGAIN.

I received the most subpar, substandard, dismissive, rude and pathetic "care" ever in my life. Only saw the ACTUAL orthopedic doctor one of three visits. The PA was dismissive, rude and completely ignored what I was verbally telling him and showing him re my condition and presenting symptoms thereof. I am as bad or worse than I was before even seeing the orthopedic doctor and his PA. THEY COULD HAVE CARED LESS. Horrible medical experience. This is a workers comp injury and it was CLEAR the medical "professionals" could not have cared less. And I found out why. They know why and now I know why and I've sought additional legal representation to sue for malpractice assuming my condition persists, worsens or God forbid causes an accident where I am further injured or God forbid OTHERS are injured. And/or for when an independent physician finds what I told the Orthopedic clinic doctor and PA they were obviously missing based on my severe ongoing pain and obvious visible shoulder malformation.

Dr Bryan was outstanding. He gave me excellent objective and quality advice. He was very patient oriented in his approach. For example, he adhered to my request to make recommendations as if he was me. I find this rare in the litigious environment medical professionals are in. He was patient with all my questions and toke the time to answer them. Thank you Dr Bryan!
