My time at Tomoka Point was great I lived there for about 3 years. The dog park is the best I've seen at an apartment complex ever and the service at the office is wonderful. Whenever I had an issue I always went down and somehow Angelina Balla was always there and she came in clutch everytime, one of the nicest people you'll meet and work with!

I love it here actually just moved in recently and Ms. Angelina Balla was the reason I sealed the deal I toured about 7 places and she was the best at her job she really is amazing at her job my mom came to tour with me and she was sold because Ms.Balla was really respectful and knowledgeable about everything any questions we had were answered and I am very satisfied I love it here so far the only thing is Parking could be better when you have a Child it’s hard to find close parking.
