Kelly Smith and her associates are thrives. Please do not apply for these apartments. They will steal your money and act like the have no clue on what happened. They will argue with you and hang up anytime you try to speak with them.

I honestly cannot wait until my lease ends. The property manager here, Kelly.. is not helpful at all. Not accomodating to any of your needs. Her customer service is the worstttt, by far, worst service ever. She’s very rude and has a very smart mouth with lots of attitude. The rates here are very high for what you are getting. Dirty pool, no valet trash. I do not recommend moving to these apartments. Other than that, location is perfect.. but property management is awful.

Moved in 3 months ago and I was prompted to provide a review from MAA, so here it is! First of all, I think the staff is super great but understaffed. I don't know if they have the resources they need to fully keep the complex in tip-top shape, but I feel like they need more hands on deck. Overall, I like how the complex is in a convenient location, how pretty the foliage and pond are, and that my unit has a garage-- the garage was the deciding factor for me when I was apartment hunting. With that being said, here's what I don't like: -- people not picking up after their dogs -- people tailgating into/out the gates -- overpriced for the quality of the unit* -- property maintenance My biggest gripe is the quality of the units-- well, my unit. I know they market the complex as luxury apartments, which is not the same as high-end, but everything in my in-unit is kind of rough. The finishes aren't great and the quality is mid, at best. To be 100% fair, I was stuck in a difficult position with my unit particularly in that the previous tenant left the unit trashed, so the turnaround time for MAA to fix it up was super small. However, I asked for touch ups to the unit during the walkthrough because there were large plaster chunks missing on the walls' corners, poorly painted trim/ceilings, burn marks on the balcony railing, and some other smaller items. They said they'd fix it before move-in or during my first week, but probably half of it was actually tended to. I didn't feel motivated enough to harp about the rest, so I let it go. There are/were also some bigger issues that I had with my unit-- e.g., roaches from the previous tenant and my garage not opening after hours-- but the staff was super attentive in helping me with it, so I don't think of that as a strike against the complex at all. The roach problem is still ongoing but not anywhere near as bad as before. Also, as a side note, I thought the application fees were ridiculous. It was like $200+ for the credit check alone. Anyway, all of this is to say that this isn't the absolute best place to live, but it most certainly isn't the worst. I could see myself staying another year for the convenience as long as they don't try to hike up the rent. I'd give 3.5 stars out of 5.

The apartments look nice when you drive past and when touring the home, BUT do not waste your time. My lease ends soon THANK GOD, because they have a huge roach problem, I have requested spray for pest and they have a waitlist because it is so bad. They also never have a working gate or friendly office staff. I also hear gun shots at night very frequently, so much for safety & Lastly because the gate hardly ever works your car or guests cars may get broken into. RUN FOR THE HILLS !

Does it cover utilities? For example if you rent an apartment for 10 months , every month is 1400, does it include gas and etc or 1400 + utilities?

There is no gas the community is all electric and the only utilities included is water. Electric is through jackson emc. Cable comes in your package and that is a $45 fee per month included in rent but if you choose to do internet you have to go through spectrum directly for that.
