When I arrived I was greeted and checked in by Daphney who is very professional and attentive to your needs. Even after I unpacked and went to the pool she asked me if there was anything I needed. She sets a great example to professionalism. Rooms were very nice and clean. Showers hot. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping very nice and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again

I have never been treated worse by anyone than I was treated by the staff of this hotel. I was traveling for work. When I went to the hotel the lady checking me in refused to give me the government room rate because I didn't have "orders" ... I'm not federal government so there is no such thing. She was getting rude, so I figured I'd take it up with someone else later on. So she was going to charge us the regular rate. When I booked online the regular rate was around $175 a night. She didn't tell me at the time the rate, but said their would be a receipt under my door the next morning. She was very rude through the entire transaction. But there never was a receipt. When the bill came in, she put in some crazy high rate of $340 a night. When I tried to call to get this all cleared up, she apparently put notes in her computer system that I was lying about being in government. So everyone I talk to trying to get this cleared up is calling me a lair and hanging up on me. I tried to defuse the situation by handling it at a later point with someone more knowledgeable but she has sabotaged my ability to talk to anyone with this company, they all call me a liar and hang up on me. I am beyond upset. Avoid this location at all cost. They are rude and their hotel is dirty. And vindictive staff will purposefully overcharge you to get their kicks and then add notes to their system so you have no avenue to resolve the issue with them.

It was ok. We where exhausted and just passing through. It was clean and modern. But didn't really offer much. I do wish they had a restaurant there. When you've been driving over 12 hours, you don't want to have to get in your car and go look for something to eat and fight traffic again. So that leaves ordering in, and that can be very limited as well as your food may be cold or prepared wrong when you get it 45 min later. We switched to another hotel chain that does have real amenities. Tip. If it only offers continental breakfast, it's overpriced and offers nothing.

Not a good stay at all. There was no one at the front counter for about 10 mins (close to mindnihht when we checked in). The elevator had trash on the floor. The digital key did not work. Our room was not up to par. Stains on the floor, curtains and the sink drain was broken so the sink filled up with water and was unable to drain. Spoke to front desk person the next day and explained I don't need a free room but if they could add Hilton points for the inconveniences that would be great. This never happened so I contacted the manager about it. She said she would have to call and figure out how to add courtesy points. 2 weeks later and still no points.

So many good places to eat nearby. I asked the front desk and they directed me thru back roads
It's about a 30 to 40 min drive depending on the traffic to the Tybee Beach
It varies from one Hilton to another you. You need to talk to each Hotel. The hotel in Virginia that comped us a day used Florida standard for the points they gave us in order for us to get a free day. It might have been more points in Virginia if we had wanted to stay another day in Virginia.
