Our stay was horrible! Where should I start oh let's see I was charged for 3 rooms when I only reserved 1 room. Carmen the manager was not helpful and seem to be overly exhausted with her job.When I notified Carmen of the dirty bathroom I was told it was cleaned. I have pictures to say otherwise. I then talked to the general manager AB who lied to my face about accommodating our stay.it was just the worst experience ever. The staff was unprofessional and to be honest just ghetto. The indoor pool was even more dirtier. In this circumstance the general manager Ab had the chance to make everything right and he chose to say oh my staff made errors but you can stay somewhere else if you like. We were there for my son football tournament so to stay somewhere else was going to be a inconvenience to us. Again the absolute worst experience ever! ! Q. The g

Everything was great for my stay. I believe checkout time is 12 pm which is great if your not an early morning person. The breakfast was decent - especially if your a grab n go type person or just like small meals. The pool was warm and nice. The jacuzzi was decent - you can turn the jets on but the water wasnt hot it was warm. The work out room is tiny (small). The rooms were VERY SPACIOUS! The room was clean and decent. The staff that we encountered were very nice & helpful our entire stay.

How is it possible that I can’t take a shower in two days? Oh! It is possible because I trusted the staff of this hotel to keep their word when they said that they would keep the rolling shower room available for the next day (after it wasn’t ready the night when we arrived), and not only it wasn’t, but also it wasn’t the night after. They promised they would move us to that room because I’m in a wheelchair, so that I could shower but they didn’t. They only offered a 20% discount for one night. I guess that’s what a happy customer means to them. I didn’t shower for two days because of the whole miss communication the entire team had. They didn’t even care. Also I went to the pool, so I could refresh and boom! The wheelchair pool elevator wasn’t working! The answer they gave us is that I was supposed to let them know that I was going to use the pool 48 hours prior getting into the pool. There was no visible advice for that and also it’s ridiculous! Who would plan a single swim only because they don’t keep their employees working all the time so someone could instantly activate it?? That’s cheap and cruel. And a 3 stars Radisson can do better than this! What a shame!

Easy check in. nice that it was pet friendly. Close to downtown. My only problem that I was charged 50$ for cleaning and damage fees. My stay was 4 days. I always give my trash every morning. Trade out towels. Keep tidy the best I can especially I have kids. Manager was disrespectful saying I left big mess 2 large bags of trash. All a lie just a scam to make a extra 50$. Was planning on going back. But dishonesty don't get you business. Should of said please clean room to make maids job easy. Could of made good money from us.
