Im afraid I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s definitely not a four star hotel — the whole building is very tired and scruffy. My room was dark and musty, smelled of mold masked with bleach, even the door handle was broken. Asked to change rooms and the staff weren’t accommodating, so I left and checked in somewhere else.

Okay so the first time we went we got one of their special rooms and it was amazing! The Bathroom was just insane. The second time we got one of their normal rooms and it was your typical hotel room. Definitely would recommend either ways though, great location to walk down to river street and the service was wonderful! Also they have this great sitting area you can just go there every morning with coffee and a book! The restaurant is also really good that is attached to the hotel! They had a Skirt Steak to die for.

Clean rooms, great service during check in and a great location. Lobby has a great vibe. Smaller property, which is a nice change. The welcome sheet they provide with the room is super helpful, too.

Yes. The hotel uses the parking garage across Houston Street. The garage is located at the corner of Houston and Bay Street. If you look on Google maps, you will see that it has a Tesla charging station. I suggest you call the hotel to triple check if it matters.

Good environment and all the facilities are there which ought to be in a good Hotel for children as well.
We left our dog at the hotel when we went for dinner. But it was January and rainy and chilly ar night. Outdoor seating should be plentiful now to take the dog!
Within walking distance to the river and many other attractions and historical areas.
