We stayed at the East Bay Inn for a few days in Savannah to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is super pet friendly and upon arrival we got a bag for our dog, Winston, that had some treats, a tennis ball, some poop bags, and a dog-friendly map of Savannah - so thoughtful! It’s really nice to get something in exchange for the pet fee. The hotel itself is in a great location - very convenient & walkable for much of Savannah. Our room was very spacious and beautiful and the mattress was comfy. Staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. I don’t think we’ll stay anywhere else when we come back to Savannah!

Booked this trip as a bucket list item for my cousin who is terminally ill. With hurricane Ian who tried to ruin our plans we were able to adjust dates to make it happen! I booked through my timeshare (3rdparty)will never book 3rd party again, lessons learned. Once, we were there the staff was top notch. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. They were all amazing. Thank you for everything that yall did to help me make this a great trip for her. This also includes Willy our bell man. Everything fell into place so perfect.

Beautiful hotel . Staff were great . King deluxe rooms are amazing . Never had such a room with massive windows . Within 100 m / 300 ft of the river . Be warned lots of steps to get to it . My 1 issue , though small is the room in the restroom . Toilets right next to the wall . Literally within 3 inches away . Have to sidesadle it :) but if disable you will have issues ! . Overall great though

I don't think the rooms have Jacuzzis, some have an outdoor private patio though, very old hotel but nice and clean.
When we were there in December, parking was $15 per night. There were not many spots and they do give you a pass to display on your dashboard.
This was meant for 199 east bay street sorry
They seemed hesitant to accept us staying with our Gannan yak, but one we explained it was an emotional support animal it was fine.
Room 325 is called Charlies room. Its where most of the hauntings occur.
