I don't think the rooms have Jacuzzis, some have an outdoor private patio though, very old hotel but nice and clean.
Wine was between 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM. My room didn't have a Jacuzzi so I'm not sure. We brought our dogs and we're on ground floor. We didn't partake of their breakfast, I think it was just continental. Plenty of great breakfast places within walking distance. Really loved the place across the street and a block down, Two Cracked Eggs I believe. Great breakfast.
