Thank you for answering, but I live quite a long way from there. Should have been more specific.... Do you know how I can obtain a copy of it via the mail or online?
The quickest way is to email them in the application with yours & your partners id. After doing so I say the next day give them a call make sure they got it. They should then send a link giving you the dates & times they have available for you to come in, and get the paperwork. I hope this helps. Also Congrats!!
Apply online. Fill put the application and send it to the email thats on the website, once u send it they'll email you back with a link to set an appointment
Two forms of identification
Chad...the Judge across the street does not usually perform ceremonies. He just happens to be one of my people that can. The $66.00 is for a couple to get their marriage license. You should Google wedding officiants in Savannah to find you someone. Probate Court Judge doesn't provide marital service.
Yep. You just need to find an officiant to sign the license. No ceremony is required. Looked up Elope to Savannah. They have a package that is exactly that. Just the signing. I think it's like $30.
$66 for a license There are three judges in the courthouse that marry people (you would have to contact them and schedule), but it is not in the same location where you get your license.
