For having a 25% accommodations tax on Tybee island vacay rooms I expected more from public services; The board walks to the beach are wood and old, which leads to more splinters. Wood-like alternatives have been out for years. The boardwalks also have dunes brush growing over, which need pruning. Put in water spigots so people can rinse their feet, I'm sure B&Bs would like less sand in their pools. Public parking lots near the beach need to be paved, they are currently sand and half of the lot have craters filled with water. Well thanks for reading this tourists review!
