FRAUDULENT BILLING We were charged $98 for a routine visit that is required by my insurance. They office sent a bogus bill for a 2nd office visit for this visit at the end of September 2019 where instead of an appointment, it should have been a simple pick up of paper work from the front desk. We contested the bill. But not only did they never return our 7+ calls between September and January 2020 but they sent a letter stating we'd be put into collections. We received the letter on 1/18/2020 saying we had 10 business days but it was put into collections on the same day we received it, 1/18/2020. SCAM ARTISTS - avoid this office at all costs.

Dr. Hering is a great addition to the staff. He is very thorough and doesn’t rush! The lady who always books the follow up appointments is always friendly as well.

The nurses and staff are awesome and caring. However, it’s unfortunate that they have to be associated with such a horrible doctor as Kevin bay. This man shows his patients no empathy, he has terrible bedside manners, no communication skills “what-so-ever, and quite frankly has no business in this profession. Being new to the area, I’ve given him the benefit of doubt the first two times I seen him but this third time did it for me. Nothing’s changed except that there will not be a fourth time.
