Great place, takes my insurance. Staff is polite, professional, considerate and a joy to return to whenever my wife and I need an adjustment and some great conversations. Definitely recommend them if you live near the Skye Canyon area with a clean inviting atmosphere. Found our permanent spot in Las Vegas.

Front staff Shannon was completely rude, she acted as if she didn't even care what I said. I was basically talking to myself. They are one office that I have been to where they won't even try to work with you. The front desk girl Gabby was there when we first arrived, and she honestly was just doing what she was told and tried to at least see what she could do until Shannon walked up. The story behind this review, which I wish I could give a zero star for, is that my husband sees Dr. Adrienne and he's had great experiences with her anytime he goes. So, with my 15 year old weightlifting, Dr. Adrienne said that we should get him adjusted as well. We scheduled the appointment over a month ago and gave the information for my son while we were in the office. Needless to say, my son (yes, he is partly to blame) didn't realize that this was an actual text from a doctor's office because he receives a lot of spam calls and text messages from random dental or medical offices.When we arrived today, I was greeted by Gabby that informed me that since they did not get the paperwork in advance, they could not see my son. I tried everything, and asked to please work with me. I am willing to fill out the one treatment paper prior to any other paperwork so that Dr. Adrienne could have that to see him. I also said that my husband has all of his information on file for insurance if that is the issue, so we can pay the proper copay. ABSOLUTELY. NOTHING. Shannon just stared at me and just kept saying, you can reschedule the appointment. Absolutely horrible service and no regard for the profession that she is working in. In the medical field you will work with people that are in pain and need help, whether that is physical, emotional or otherwise. Have some damn compassion. This is the front office staff, Shannon, that you have working for you. The front office is any company's most valuable resource. I'm sorry, Dr. Adrienne, Shannon should not be your front line if you want to continue to keep patients. Very, very sad and disappointed with this behavior and place. I left a message for Marcia, who is their office manager to at least try and rectify this situation and hopefully give hope to future families. Let's see when I hear back from her, since she does not have set scheduled hours and mostly works remotely, from what I was told.

I highly recommend Dr. Adrienne. She is knowledgable, hands on and funny. Her staff are also really nice and respectful. You can tell everyone enjoys their jobs. Very happy I found this place.
