TERRIBLE! It used to be my favorite store, but I´ll never buy again. I´m from Brazil and everytime I go to the USA I bring lots of underwere, since my bra size is 38DDD and it´s very had to find it in Brazil. I went shopping in this mall on 31st December 2020, bought a lot of stuff, more than 1,000 USD, lots of bags, bras and 20 panties. I arrived in the hotel, wento to my New Year´s Party and didn´t open the bag. On the day after, I was on a big hurry to pack everything and come back to Brazil, when I realized the seller didn´t give me the bag with all the 20 panties. They were on the receit, I paid for them, but he didn´t give it to me. I had to go to the airport or I´d miss my flight. When I called, they didn´d believe me, it was very unfair :( :( :( The pandemic just followed and I never went to the USA again

Poor service and it was uncomfortably hot in the store. No one was around to assist in the dressing room, and the checkout line was far too long for midday, midweek.
