Well, you should have those expectations and have good customer service, this morning at the reception a lady treated us in a not very good way and we asked her for a justification paper to present at work and she told us that she could not be give, whenever we have gone to any medical visit and there have never been any problems in this regard and with this person the way of speaking to us was very unpleasant, there was not a good response from this receptionist and they should treat people well more if they are people Seniors, this place is at 888 Rancho de Salud Salud, I hope this changes, the person who attended us was Mrs. jvegas1, on July 25, 2022, thank you.

Yes, we do ultrasounds at Southwest Medical Rancho Urgent Care as ordered by the provider. Patients can also have outpatient ultrasounds performed by the radiology department at Southwest Medical Rancho Urgent Care.
