The quickest way is to email them in the application with yours & your partners id. After doing so I say the next day give them a call make sure they got it. They should then send a link giving you the dates & times they have available for you to come in, and get the paperwork. I hope this helps. Also Congrats!!
Right now, you have to email or drop off in the drop box at the court house your marriage application and within 48 hours they should respond with what you need to do next.
