This train station has gone downhill. you leave the station K2 heads are waiting for you upstairs, nice. If I can avoid this train station I do, not the same anymore.

Yes Mr. Alfred the following buses do stop, at the J/M/E, train station at Jamaica station.
E, J lines
Take it to Jamaica Center and grab the E train there
You can ride the subway. Parking isn't far from this Station.
Take E (weekdays 6a-7p), J, or Z (rush hr) to Archer/Suphtin and take AirTrain to JFK Terminals 1-9.
