This may not be the nicest or best Hyatt that you stay at. What this Hyatt does have is the best General Manager and staff that you will ever meet at any Hyatt that you will ever visit or stay at. Most Hyatt hotels have really good managers, though Todd is by far above any other manager that Hyatt has. The breakfast is wonderful too at this Hyatt and recommended.

I chose this hotel as the place to have my wedding ceremony and reception, and I regret it. I brought up early in the planning stage, both in person and over email, that I have a severe dairy allergy. I was told by the head chef and the hotel coordinator that they will make a nondairy portion of shrimp bisque for me (everyone would have gotten the regular recipe), and the salad would be served with the dressings and cheese on the side, so I could eat it too. Day of my wedding, there's no soup made for me, the salads have everything mixed in. When I brought up my allergy and pulled up the email showing an employee that I was told my allergy would be accounted for. Instead, I was served a plate of my three proteins without seasoning. Just because I couldn't have a beurre blanc sauce doesn't mean I want to have bland food. When I told banquet manager Kara, she had nothing to offer me besides excuses. I was given a small portion of a rushly made Italian wedding soup that tasted nasty, and after that no employee was around. I was hungry and livid that night. My allergy makes it hard for me to find a place to eat, so I was excited when I was told over and over again that my allergy would be taken into account and good food would be served. If I wanted to waste money on food I can't eat, I'd just stop by McDonalds. I spent thousands of dollars for what? Food I couldn't even eat. Additionally, the floors were dirty to the extent that the bottom of my wedding dress is stained brown. I'm praying if I get it dry cleaned that the stains can be removed. There were many other issues that arrised, but the worst offense is the food. If I ate any of it accidently, I would have been vomiting on my wedding day.

They are still upgrade in progress and slow as ever!
I only stayed at the Hyatt but view was amazing and was located on the middle of everything. Walking was no problem. The hotel only does valet parking but with the traffic I didn't mind.
38.00 per night well worth it and very convenient. Very friendly staff..
You can select 2 rooms and preference. When you get to the end to pay, you can recheck the 2 rooms to see if it is correct. Edit if needed or pay. If you Expedia you earn points towards future purchases and is free to join. Yes the other way to buy 2 rooms is to call the hotel. It super easy online. Have a great trip! Check out the riverboat and lunch, city market, riverfront stores, good star food places. Savannah smiles is dual piano. Charleston is only about a 1 hour 45 away. Florida around 3- 4 hours.
I don't know. I would call and ask.
If you have a balcony you can go on it. Corner rooms are better than balconies

Hi, just FYI that is typical cost for parking at any hotel in a big city. The Savannah Fairview Inn by Marriott is $25/night. Typical DC hotel is $50/night.
Balcony is side facing. Riverview from balcony is partial.
Guests do. .don't know about employees.
Shops and restaurants galore nearby..
Exterior view room was $199 before taxes, the view of town is spectacular, of the River, lovely. Service is fantastic.
