Which hotel is better for rooms and river view, Hyatt or marriot?

I only stayed at the Hyatt but view was amazing and was located on the middle of everything. Walking was no problem. The hotel only does valet parking but with the traffic I didn't mind.

They both have river views. The Hyatt does have step-out balconies and is more central to most foot traffic however l enjoyed the view at the Marriott and my overall stay was more pleasant.
