We brought our Mainship 400 in for a bottom paint job plus some fiberglass repairs to the hull and swim platform. They did excellent work and completed on time in spite of being swamped with year end holidays approaching. Their prices were competitive and I really liked how all the staff worked as a team. Robert, the manager, runs an excellent, customer oriented operation.

Robert and his team went way Beyond our expectations, living in Canada and purchasing a boat in Florida was a big undertaking thanks to Robert and his team getting it ready for shipment and them consistently keeping us in the loop really gave both my husband and I reassurance that our boat was in good hands And example of how they went the extra mile was when they found one of the wires was corroded they went as far has researching and I spoke to us about our options , this gave us a lot of confidence and we had Robert go ahead and order it and install It’s too bad Google only allows five stars cause I would give Robert and his team at sailors wharf 10 stars ,thanks again Robert for all your help from Kelowna British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦

We recently had the hull painted on our Wellcraft cruiser along with a ceramic treatment on the hull bottom. The experience could not have been better from our first contact to motoring away in our finished boat. We've dealt with many of the local boat yards over the years and none of them can compare with Sailor's Wharf. Robert Valdes and his team really have their act together. They're a pleasure to work with and every aspect of the project was handled professionally. They delivered top quality work in a timely manner and even came in under the estimate. If you've dealt with boat yards in the past, you know how rare that is.

Summary: High quality yard with experienced staff willing to go out of their way to do a good job. In my case, I had Sailors Wharf install a bow thruster and repair a blistered bottom on my 50 ft 2002 sail boat. The bow thruster install scored 100%. Great work! However, there was a problem with the application of a vinylester/epoxy/anti-fouling system. Simply, some sort of chemical reaction caused the new paint to bubble up. With today's chemicals and application processes, such problems are very unusual, but they still happen. Sailors Wharf promptly called in chemists from the paint manufacturer and remedied the problem. I departed a satisfied, albeit-poorer customer--I should've bought a smaller boat.. A month later, a diver reported a large section of the epoxy had peeled away near the stern. I reported the problem, expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. Sailors Wharf worked closely with the paint manufacturer to identify the cause and fix the problem-essentially stripping the entire bottom and redoing the work. That in itself justifies a great review, but by that time the boat was in South Carolina, which makes Sailors Wharf truly exceptional!
