People that work at this office are there for a paycheck only. They simply do not care. Not only an issue with my appointment but they treat people so rudely. The welcome desk was anything but welcoming. A woman in front of me was in tears because she was robbed night before and needed to get a license asap the front desk said she needs an appointment & disregarded the woman. She tried to speak to a second agent at the desk but the blonde lady in a pink shirt did not even look away from the computer. I rather drive to Clearwater office than to ever step a foot in this place. Just a shame that we don’t care about people.

Hands down the most effective, fast, clean, organized gob offices of all FL from counter reps, security officers to gral service reps. Today got both my DL address renew (1st floor) and checked on my homestead ßtatus (2nd floor) and in both cases,the customer service was very polite, knowledgable, and fast. 5 stars to this location!

This is by far the best location that they currently have. I needed to renew my drivers license today, and went in for my appointment at 3:15. Not only did I barely have to wait 5 mins, everyone from the gentleman who helped me check in to Melody who assisted me were professional and kind. I will definitely be recommending this location over the other ones to friends and family. Very pleased with the service I received today.

Best visit to DMV ever! 15min total to renew the license and three tags. Officer was very friendly, no crowds, no delays. Had to make an appointment but totally worth it.
