Mark was the only employee in the building, on a Monday morning, with a waiting room full of patients…. And he was so genuinely pleasant and friendly, and interacted with each patient with respect and kindness. With every reason to be short, stressed, or frustrated, mark was everything but negative. Thank you for your kindness mark! I hope your co-workers and supervisors know how lucky they are to have someone as positive as you on their team.

I had a wonderful experience today at this LabCorp location after having left Quest the day before without having my blood drawn because the phlebotomist and staff, including a supervisor, claimed they couldn't understand the test codes. After the phlebotomist couldn't get my doctor on the phone, she gave me a note that said "What are the test codes?" and told me to call the doctor's office. That took 10 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I had to wait before my scheduled appointment. This experience at Quest is in stark contrast to my experience at LabCorp. I checked in at the front lobby at LabCorp and was called up to the desk to give them my doctor's order. The gentleman was very professional, looked over the order, and said it would take him a few minutes and told me to take a seat. Shortly thereafter, I was called into a room by Betty, the phlebotomist. Betty was amazing! She was professional, very knowledgeable and told me what to expect from start to finish. I barely felt the needle and then didn't feel a thing when she switched out one tube for another and then another and another, 4 in total. She told me she used a butterfly so I didn't feel pressure when changing out the tubes. Believe it or not, this was the first time anyone ever used that on me, and from now on I'll be requesting that for multiple tubes. Suffice it to say, from now on I will be going to LabCorp.

3 hour walk in wait time, are you kidding me?!? Not to mention not enough seating. And the check in system was broken. QR code didn't work so we had to input all our info all over again. For the love of God, go to Quest instead. You can walk in without an appointment and still be seen within 10 minutes tops. Here, the wait time for appointment holders is almost 45 min. What's the point of making an appointment if you're here all day? Update...we ended up being helped by a very nice tech who was very careful and gentle and went out of her way for us. So my original rating was 1 star, now it is a 3 due to aforementioned issues (a 5 for the tech!). This is simply an average.

I need to make an appointment for me and my husband for Friday July 3rd. We have to get retested for the virus
If you download the LabCorp app, you will see that your results are typically ready by 10am the next morning from my experience. They are pretty easy to read yourself as well with indicators highlighted on which levels are outside of normal range. Your doctor in theory would have access by that same next morning you receive the results.
