Waited an hour past my appt time. I was literally the last person there, two more people walked in and were called within 5 minutes of arriving. They had no intention of seeing me until I said something. The girl that did my blood work was not the least but friendly and seemed to make it as painful as possible on purpose. Said I had a small vein. I've had plenty of people draw my blood pretty painlessly, so I know it's not my veins fault. It was even worse than the new girl that drew my blood at another quest location not long ago. I wanted to cry it hurt so bad. Then when I left, I noticed the paper she had me sign had a different patients name on it, so I had to go back and have her refill out all my info and relabel my blood vials. Of course she was friendly at this point, realizing what a huge mistake this was. Ready to ditch Quest altogether. Bad experience at 3 locations now

Scheduling was convenient and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Upon arrival, I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in. 2 employees helped me. They were both very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. The blood draw was virtually painless. They made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. I trusted their knowledge and their concern for my wellbeing. I truly felt 'taken care of' by the medical team (a rarity nowadays).

DONT EVER COME HERE. Coming to get blood work done is probably worse than going to the DMV. I forgot to bring a mask, I told the phlebotomist I didn’t have one and if I could be given one. I was told no. HOW RIDICULOUS is it that a healthcare facility cannot give out masks when they’re the ones enforcing them. I have no issue with wearing masks whatsoever but to be told to go home because they couldn’t give me one is absolutely insane. Bunch of grumps in there.

Nurse didn't let alcohol dry before drawing blood. Horrible burning pain that lasted 30 min after visit. Arm is still in pain after 4 days of giving blood. Go somewhere where they are trained better.

appointment was for 9;15 Sept 13. Still valid?
Depends on your test....rapid or 48 hr one. Your best bet is to call Quest with this question
Very easy on their website
15 min, the earlier you go, the faster it moves. Appointments are left open to Service walk ins, make sure you log in as soon as you get there.
I don't know anything about the prices or how long tests take, but I do know you're not going to get through to anyone over the phone. Best thing you can do is to go by and ask. They have someone meeting everyone at the door and let only so many people in to keep social distancing. It is best to make an appointment or they will work you in. The first time I went I was worked right in. Two weeks later the woman said it was appointment only and has been that way for months when I told her I was just there a couple weeks ago with no appt. I went the next morning and was worked in. I guess it depends on who you talk to and if they feel like taking you.
Yes
Does quest take simply care insurance
Quest Diagnostics does take Medicare. Make sure when you go for your lab work you need to bring your NEW Medicare card with you. Most providers need the new number now. The old number based on your social security number is no longer usable.
7am
They don't close for lunch
Yes
No appt necessary for fasting bloodwork.
Yes. I walked in a little before 9am to a full waiting room. Was taken back in under 10mins without an appt.
You can make an appointment or you can just show up and wait in line
