UNPREFOSSIONAL SERVICE!!!! If could give no stars I would... We have been a customer of County Sanitation since 2013.. We have only called them in the event of a PROBLEM (which seems to happen more & more), we seem to get one of their office employees (the same employee we talk to 90% of the time) & EVERY TIME we call she sounds put out and has an attuited. Today was the last straw, my husband and I called at 2pm this afternoon because they DID NOT pick up our trash this morning that was put out the night before as every other time for a trash pickup. We find out after talking to this very same rude employee that the driver LIED and said we did not put our trash at the street (this has happened twice in the last 2 months). They never came down our street and I have a recording system that we referred to and they DID NOT come down my street. She proceeded to call my husband and I liars when we have proof of them not doing their job that we pay them for. My Husband asked to speak with the owner (James ) to talk about his LYING & RUDE employees and he proceeded to NOT talk to us and said we can go ahead and cancel our serveries with them and he didn't care. If they want to raise their prices and provide UNPREFOSSIONAL SERVICE that's on them and I hope who ever reads this will choose a company else where as we did. We sighed up with Waste Pro for $20 LESS per billing cycle.

I can't say enough positive things about country sanitation!! I have used them for about 9 years and my guys are great!!! They are always friendly and professional. They go above and beyond their job description!! Just this morning I left a pile of yard work on the ground because I couldn't fit it into my cans, thinking I'd put it in after CS came. They took the extra time and effort to take it all. It's a dirty job and I'm sure not always pleasant, but I just wanted to tell anyone looking....... These guys are awesome!! The customer service is top notch in a world where it seems such has been forgotten. I appreciate them so so much!!! Thank you County Sanitation!! P.S. I'm not related to anyone who is affiliated to CS at all!! I am a real customer and this is a real review!!

Sharing a review from another satisfied customer! Your Sanitation crew is always on time, with their twice a week pick-up. If any residual items are left on the ground, they always pick them up. We have had County Sanitation doing our residential garbage services for over 20 years. We never have had a problem with them. We would highly recommend them. Stu Aaron / Tarpon Springs, Fla.

Great experience! We just moved here from Buffalo, NY and are pleasantly surprised with our trash collection thus far. They are on time, courteous, and friendly. We are not up to par yet with the schedule and the collectors left a nice note letting us know when recycling and cardboard pick up is. I emailed the company to provide a compliment and the response time was exceptional. We had less than mediocre service in NY, so this has been a great surprise!
