Been living at the Viridian for almost 2 years, have seen many improvements. However, recently, the blinds were taken off the office doors. My cocern with this is there is no privacy for residents or management. That feels uncomfortable to me dsily. When simply walking in or out of the building I feel like I'm infringing on staffs work space and residents privacy and confidentially.. If the blinds seemed like a barrier between residents and management perhaps sheers or some kind of curtain would help the current fish bowl feeling.

Slowly getting better over time. I keep to myself, stay busy volunteering and that’s what others should be doing as well. New leasing staff is a sweet heart and really tries her hardest to make things possible.

I too have been blown away by managements "response" about the cat in the apartment unattended for 10 days. What a LOUSY response to such a serious action on their part. One law supercedes the other. Anmimal cruelty(and thats exactly what this was) Adhering to the law of entering an apt. without permission does NOT supercede laws of animal abuse and cruelty. Find a lawyer and sue them. I would never recommend renting from a management company that would EVEN attempt to justify what they did. UNACCEPTABLE. Also call Floridas Voice for Animals in Tampa.

Inconsistent management nasty disposition. Assistant is rude as well.. ergant repairs aren't tented to in a timely matter.. Bug infested, windows sealed shut ???? Moving in low class disrespectful tenants, homeless coming in after 5pm sleeping in stair cases ,no sercurity / camera's they have but don't expect results when something happens .. it is just plain sad how the elderly are treated .. No more cable ... apartments homes " ARE NOT" newly renovated unless you consider 3 new plants and new chairs and a table in the lobby as so.. during the cold weather the building didn't have heat, hallways and community rooms were freezing ,washer and dryers dont work..its a mess....Think twice ask questions and ask to see what they offer and will do for you ,get it in writing...

Yes small dogs
Everything is included

There is no "ocean". The bay is a few minute walk away but it's not the beach if that is what u are thinking. The actual beaches on the Gulf of Mexico is about a 15 min car ride
Hello Jacqueline, Viridian Apartments would never willingly engage in any such activity as we are a pet-friendly community, and love all of our residents no matter how many legs they have. Unfortunately, in times such as those described above, we are forced to comply with Florida law surrounding personal property & distribution of it following a situation like this when there is no will or similar documentation present. We would like to assure you, the cat was kept well fed and watered & we would never willingly engage in any activity deemed “cruel” to the aforementioned feline inhabitant. We are pleased to report that the animal has since be reunited with the family, and offer our apologies & condolences in this difficult time. If there are any questions we can answer, please direct them to our office.
Call information for phone number for the Veridian. Then call manager for information. However my personal recommendation is, no. But check it out for yourself.
Depends on income.
