Office staff is always pleasant and works to resolve any issues I may have. I have lived here for about 2 years and every time I speak with Sheila she goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even when she is busy. The maintenance staff does a great job of keeping the building and facilities clean and running smoothly. My only complaint is that some of my neighbors do not seem to respect the place that we live, but that is to be expected anywhere. Overall a great place to live!

These noisy neighbors always Stomp underfloor we can't go to sleep because every night and every day they always bumping stump but today they are not doing it I give this to start because they this is not good because we always had these doing the neighbors up top so please pink don't stop it and they smoking weed

How amazing. We do not live there but do live very close in the neighborhood.The people giving it bad reviews are so abstract to me. The building is only 2+years old, so how would it have "Old appliances"? It is my feeling that the people that have moved in here are "entitled" folks that no matter what you do for them it would not be enough. Blasting their loud rap music and so forth. We as a community feel that the building should have stayed as it was presented to our community, 55+ apartments. My take... if it is not "good enough" for you then get out and find a better place.

Great customer service. New 55+ units. All the amenities. Utilities not included. Best if one owns a car. Free parking. No pool.

Not have any criminal background or eviction even if it was over seven years ago and these apartments are in the ghetto with an HIV center right across from the apartments which attracts a lot of homeless people

They can't refuse you an application.. they're the only ones in possession of them... I would ask for an office manager or director name and phone number I went earlier this year and I asked for 3 and got all of them
