Nordica Bay is a great apartment community! It is also very close to the water and shopping. I can ride my scooter to the grocery store (for a few items). I recommend living here!

Stacy from CASA DE LA ROSA was very accommodating in a tight pinch, I had a couple of days to move due to a failed real-estate transaction and Stacy was able to get me in, no time. Very nice area close to all the St. Pete amenities, sleeper of a location.

Wonderful place to live. I am very upset i am not staying i would love to have signed another 2 years. The place is well maintained and they are always upgrading any fixes. very convenient to everything perfect location it never was a mission to drive anywhere. Management is very nice and communication is on point. I would recommend viewing these properties.
